These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the arenaus platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using arenaus, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and arenaus ("arenaus," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the arenaus website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the arenaus Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the arenaus Platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. arenaus reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
The arenaus Platform is operated for users located in the Philippines. You must not access or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access the full features of the arenaus Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active arenaus account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If arenaus discovers that a player holds more than one account, arenaus reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arenaus login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify arenaus immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. arenaus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
arenaus is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as arenaus may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
All deposits to your arenaus account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. arenaus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. arenaus processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one business day. arenaus reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit funds into your arenaus account, or to a verified account in your own name. arenaus does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
arenaus does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. arenaus is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
arenaus offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. arenaus reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
arenaus reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings if arenaus reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended or permanently closed.
Each game available on the arenaus Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All arenaus casino games that use random outcomes employ certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by arenaus are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
Live casino games on arenaus are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers. All dealing procedures are conducted in accordance with the rules of the respective game. arenaus does not control the outcome of live dealer games and is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the live streaming infrastructure of third-party studio providers.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, arenaus reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. arenaus will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and to resolve such issues promptly. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. arenaus shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake where applicable.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the arenaus Platform:
arenaus reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the arenaus Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of arenaus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of arenaus.
arenaus makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times. However, arenaus does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond arenaus's reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the arenaus Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arenaus's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arenaus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
arenaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if arenaus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
arenaus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. arenaus implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
arenaus may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable law. arenaus will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
arenaus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. arenaus provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

You may close your arenaus account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification.
arenaus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if arenaus reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In such cases, arenaus may withhold any balance pending investigation.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the arenaus Platform.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact arenaus in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. arenaus will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
arenaus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, arenaus will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the arenaus Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
